Agora e para sempre!

Nos meus 11 anos, final da década de 70, a banda Genesis veio ao Brasil para uma apresentação no (Ginásio do Ibirapuera), foi o meu primeiro show ao vivo de uma banda de rock progressivo.
Lembro que estava com uns 38º de febre e levei uma almofada para sentar na arquibancada para evitar o gelado no bumbum, tive que me render a este "mico", caso contrário, não poderia ver o show que era muito importante para mim naquele momento, depois fiquei curada...a fébre se foi... e as lembranças ficaram...

Um pouco de Phil Collins e Banda Genesis:

Philip David Charles Collins (Londres, 30 de janeiro de 1951), mais conhecido como Phil Collins, é um músico britânico. Foi baterista e vocalista da banda Genesis, mas também atingiu êxito na carreira solo. Também atuou em alguns filmes e programas de televisão.

Phil Collins já colaborou com vários artistas conhecidos, como George Harrison, Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, Robert Plant, Ringo Starr, Mike Oldfield, Sting, Peter Gabriel e Ravi Shankar. Fez uma participação especial em Woman in Chains, do Tears for Fears, e tambem participou do album Break Every Rule de Tina Turner, tocando bateria em musicas como Typical Male e Girls.

Depois que Peter Gabriel deixou o Genesis em 1975, Collins assumiu os vocais. Esse foi o período de maior sucesso comercial da banda, que continuou através dos anos 80.
